A Direct and Honest Word From OPSG On The Matter.
This is how OPSG sees it. At OPSG the primary mission is always to produce the absolute best gear out there. Now, the secondary mission is to do that while keeping prices as low as possible. This can be and often is a delicate balance. The best way to strike that balance is keeping our costs to produce and general operating expenses down.
Returns, Refunds and exchanges create expenses for any business. However, that is not the end of the story. The dirty ugly truth is no business just accepts these expenses, they can’t and stay in business long. The costs of returns, refunds and exchanges get passed on to the customer through one channel or another. So, even if you’re that person that never returns a thing, never demands a refund or never requests an exchange you still pay for those people who do. Why would any consumer consider this acceptable?
At OPSG we ask all our potential customers to do us a favor, CONSIDER NOT BUYING FROM OPSG! Seriously, if your attitude is that a return, refund or exchange is something every business has a duty to offer or that it should be standard operating procedure for every business to make them available then please don’t buy from OPSG! This way you can keep your hard-earned money and OPSG can continue to do business with reasonable and responsible consumers only, everyone wins and is better off this way.
