In order to guarantee our customers have the best experience possible we ask everyone review these booking detials prior to booking a class or event.
BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE KNOW:
- Please DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOUR SURE YOU CAN MAKE IT! If you can't make it OPSG will attempt to accommodate a rescheduling if possible. However, if the class or event you originally booked and missed cannot be rescheduled no refund will be given.
- Deposits for booking classes or events are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- The booking form must be completed when a class or event is booked.
- The balance due for the booking is required upon signing in to the class or event.
- Identification and the card used to book the class or event is required to sign in and attend.
- Classes & Events have rules and conditions. At check in you will be required to agree to these terms to sign in and attend. Detials can be requested on these terms and conditions for each event by calling OPSG.
- Meals, snack and drinks are not officially provided as part of classes or events. Please come ready to supply your own needs in this area.
